Photo experiments in industrial photography
As you can see from my previous posts and the gallery, my focus is mainly on landscape photography. Industrial photography is an area with which I have had almost no contact so far. So far only once more than 10 years ago, when the photographer Luigi Caputo took marketing photos for my training company . I was very impressed by his creativity and willingness to experiment. In particular, the use of correctly placed flashes of different colors creates a special atmosphere – without any post-processing on the PC. However, due to a lack of opportunities, I no longer pursued the topic for myself.
At the end of March the opportunity arose and I tried to photograph industrial machines myself without much previous knowledge or experience.
I photographed all kinds of tools and machines. You can certainly get a lot more out of the location or the photos if you are familiar with the area.
I have uploaded some of the photos in my gallery.
Since these were only first attempts, I didn’t dedicate a comprehensive blog post to the whole thing and instead wanted to bring some variety to the usual posts.
In general, this area of photography is very interesting. Maybe there will be another opportunity in the future to delve deeper into the subject of industrial photography.
