Ice surface at the Waginger See, 29.01.2017
After days of permafrost and nightly temperatures, sometimes down to -20°C, the urge to go to a lake increased.
The fact that Waginger See has a complete ice surface does not occur regularly.
All the stronger was the joy on it.
Of course, the camera was also there again. 😀

Officially, the ice rink was not released.
It seems that the authorities are generally not releasing any more lakes.
Exclusively “Enter at your own risk”.
Fortunately, water guards and ambulances are on site at the larger lakes to be able to intervene quickly in an emergency.
